There are a lot of questions when it comes to aquaculture. Our goal with educational programming is to send you out into the world as a more confident, skillful, and knowledgeable consumer, so that you know just what to expect when you're buying seafood.

Our 100-level classes focus on the basics – like safe handling, preparation, and serving – and our 200 level classes focus on taste and flavor.
