Each Tray contains a Two (2) 4oz Crab Cakes
Never Frozen, 100% Chem Free Lump Blue Crab Meat from Hampton, VA (Southern Chesapeake Bay)
Ingredients: Blue Crab [US]; Panko; Duke's Mayo, Egg, Dijon Mustard, Worcestshire Sauce, Scallion, Old Bay, Lemon, Salt, White Pepper
Cooking Instructions - 1) Preheat Oven to 400 F
2) Bake for 15-20 Minutes or Until Golden Brown
3) Let Cool for 5-10 Minutes
